A bicycle might not be your usual mode of transportation, but it is THE favored vehicle for getting around Sunriver. Most vacation homes come stocked with cruisers or three-speeds — some even include smaller bikes for the kids. If you come to Sunriver you can rent everything from tandems to tag-along trailers to recumbents available at four area bike rental shops.

SUNRIVER PATHWAYS
Except for a few crossings, Sunriver's 34 miles of paved pathways are separated from the roadways. This allows riders focus on where they're headed and have fun getting there safely.
SUN LAVA PATH
Sun Lava is a 6 mile (one way) paved path leads to the to Benham Falls Day Use Area & Lava Lands Visitor Center.
Sun Lava path can be easily accessed in Sunriver just east of circle 7.
MOUNTAIN BIKING
With national forest all around Sunriver, mountain biking is a natural choice for bikers looking for "off pathway" challenges. The Sunriver Trails mountain biking and hiking trail system is accessible by foot or bike just over Cardinal Landing Bridge west of Sunriver.
